At least 5 years of recent experience leading complex IT projects in an agile environment Strong background in IT Asset Management or Device Management, including knowledge of ITAM frameworks and Zero Trust best practices Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and the Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals, and create comprehensive project plans
- Lead agile project teams and vendor partners through all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Monitor progress, manage project budgets and schedules, and identify and mitigate risks throughout the lifecycle
- Facilitate collaboration across stakeholders, ensuring effective communication with executive leadership, technical teams, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards, and maintain thorough project documentation
- Support business readiness activities, quality assurance, and continuous improvement efforts across multiple initiatives
Qualifications
Pay Rate : $100-110 / hour
