Life Insurance Specialist – High Net Worth Market

The Client : A well-established wealth management firm seeks a talented Life Insurance Specialist for their growing company to assist their high net-worth clients with comprehensive insurance and financial planning strategies. The ideal candidate will specialize in whole life and universal life insurance products, focusing on insured retirement strategies. This role requires a good understanding of estate and financial planning concepts, excellent presentation skills, and a desire to work in the large case market.

The Role :

As the ideal candidate you possess :

Either CFP or CLU designation. If you posses only a CLU, the company will pay for courses toward a CFP designation. You will be required to obtain the CFP.

A fundamental understanding of the insured retirement concept

Fundamental understanding of financial planning

Excellent understanding of whole life and universal life insurance products

Excellent presentation skills with an ability to present estate and financial planning concepts to HNW individuals.

An LLQP life insurance license – is a must

Strong people skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

An ability to work independently and in a collaborative nature; everyone participates in the team’s success!

The Remuneration : Commensurate with experience and Certification, our client is offering a competitive compensation plan which includes a base salary, excellent bonus structure – up to 40% of base, benefits, and 4 weeks’ vacation.
