The Executive Director is located in Toronto, and would work alongside us to lead, manage and grow our corporate franchise location in North York and surrounding areas. This candidate will have the leadership responsibility to oversee the company's daily operations. Responsibilities
Business Development / Sales & Marketing
- Develops an annual Business Plan and identifies measurable quarterly drivers to meet / exceed revenue targets
- Develops a yearly marketing plan by analyzing and evaluating current business conditions and identifies new business opportunities in the community
- Contributes to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team
- Prepares regular reports, submissions and proposals for business opportunities
- Creates brand awareness / presence to promote the sales and marketing of programs with prospective and existing clients using the Qualicare outside sales system
- Actively develops and pursues referral sources, facilitates ongoing relationships with various medical and health communities and tracks information in sales CRM
