Human Resource Business Partner
Our client is searching for a Human Resource Business Partner to join their team. This role will be responsible for ensuring that HR initiatives align with the company’s overall business needs. A successful candidate will nurture a positive environment and develop new and innovative ways to engage employees.
Your success will be defined by your ability to :
- Organize and lead meetings with HR and Management team members, as well as Townhall Meetings, etc.
- Responsible for Recruiting, Performance and Change Management, and Coaching and Empowerment
- Facilitate training, succession and workforce planning, and compensation and benefits
- Manage employee life cycle from attraction to separation
- Keep the team up to date on HR trends and best practices as well as employment laws and regulations
- Manage the ADP, WFN and other HRIS Software
