Our client is a well-respected, full-service Architecture and Design Firm in Vancouver that specializes in healthcare, institutional, and commercial sectors. As they continue to grow, they are excited to bring on an experienced HR professional in this new role to support their team and Principals.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Our Client is looking for a HR Generalist to join our team and help establish essential HR processes and support daily functions. This position is ideal for a proactive and adaptable HR professional who thrives in a hands-on role, balancing both strategic and day-to-day responsibilities. This role offers the opportunity to grow within the organization, with the potential for career advancement over time.
- 4 to 7+ years of HR experience in a HR Generalist or similar roles
- Strong understanding of employment standards, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work culture.
- Highly adaptable, self-driven, and eager to take ownership of responsibilities.
- Experience in the architecture, design, or related industries is an asset but not required.
- CPHR designation is an asset but not required.
- Relevant education in Human Resource is preferred.
