Peak Performance HR is growing and we are currently seeking independent HR Consultants to join our team. Peak Performance HR provides professional, flexible HR solutions to help companies achieve competitive advantage through an engaged and motivated workforce. We are always looking for strong HR partners to join us in offering these services to our small and mid-sized businesses throughout the GTA.

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must have the following :

• At least 15 years experience in corporate HR in a generalist, advisory, or management / director level role
• CHRL designation or in progress or equivalent post-graduate education in Human Resources Management
• Must be living in the GTA and available for both on-site and virtual consultation
• Must be self-employed independent HR with an Ontario Business Number
• Must be self-motivated, organized and possess strong communication skills (both verbal & written)
• Computer savvy with working knowledge of human resource IT (ATS, Payroll etc.)
• Ability to strategize and formulate business plans
• An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
