  • Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Lead and motivate the team to provide outstanding guest experiences.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost control to drive profitability.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with brand and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor online reviews and guest feedback, implementing improvements where needed.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Recruit, train, and develop hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of the property.

Requirements

  • Previous hotel management experience, ideally in a limited-service or select-service property.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue and control costs.
  • Hands-on approach with a focus on problem-solving and guest satisfaction.
  • Experience with hotel property management systems and online booking platforms.
