Company in Ville Saint-Laurent, in real estate management and growing, is looking for a residential lease manager!
The expansion of the company results in the creation of this position to support the management of our growing real estate portfolio.

Advantages
Permanent Position
Ville Saint-Laurent
Schedule : 40 hours per week, flexibility between 7 : 30 a.m. and 6 p.m.
100% face-to-face
Remuneration : $55,000 - $65,000 annually
Social benefits (50-50) after 3 months
3 weeks vacation
4 days of illness
Annual bonus of up to 3% depending on performance

Responsibilities
As a Residential Leasing Administrator, you will be responsible for the following responsibilities :
Manage the monthly billing process
Ensure rigorous quality control and compliance with administrative processes
Coordinate residential lease renewals
Process tenant charges and rent payments
Provide support to operational teams
Carry out various other administrative tasks necessary for managing leases
Qualifications
DEP in administration or DEC in accounting / administration (or relevant experience)
Perfectly bilingual (French and English)
2 years experience in a similar role (an asset)
Knowledge of the Yardi Voyager system (an asset)
Good command of office tools (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
Priority management skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Rigor, organization and orientation towards results
