Our client is a well-established real estate company, looking for an FP&A Manager who will assist with both financial reporting and analysis to support the strategic growth objectives of the company, as well as the parent company.

About the Opportunity

Assist with the preparation and delivery of financial reporting packages, including month-end and quarter-end reports

Support the Director of Finance in achieving strategic growth objectives, including the continued modernization of the finance function

Deliver updated financial forecasts during the fiscal year, as needed by external stakeholders

Assist in the preparation of the month-end package with detailed analysis & clean working papers

Generate and analyze financial reports for senior management (cash, receivables, sales reports)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data

Communicate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure accuracy of future expected revenue

About You

2+ years in public accounting or a similar financial analyst role.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software & ERP

Experience in the real estate or preconstruction industry is an asset

Salary

110,000 - $130,000 / year
