Brandt est actuellement à la recherche d’un gestionnaire financement – Ventes pour notre succursale de la Construction et foresterie de Brossard.

Le titulaire du poste est chargé de promouvoir tous les aspects des activités de Brandt Finance et appuyer les ventes de produits complets pour Brandt Tractor Ltd. La personne devra commercialiser les services fournis par Brandt Finance dans un territoire désigné par la société.

Fonctions et responsabilités

  • Aider le personnel des ventes en obtenant du financement pour soutenir ses ventes
  • Établir des relations avec les clients, le personnel de vente et les institutions financières extérieures
  • Commercialisation de produits à valeur ajoutée auprès de nos clients (p. ex., assurances)
  • Générer des revenus intéressants
  • Soumettre des rapports d’activités hebdomadaires
  • Se déplacer dans le territoire désigné pour rencontrer les clients
  • Rechercher les besoins de financement potentiels pour nos clients, y compris pour les besoins de financement de produits autres que les tracteurs de marque Brandt
  • D’autres tâches peuvent être assignées

Compétences requises

  • Le candidat doivent être bilingues (français et anglais)
  • Esprit d’équipe et souci du détail, précision et polyvalence sont essentiels
  • Capacité d’adaptation et organisation dans un environnement qui évolue rapidement
  • Ponctualité et bonnes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle et de priorisation
  • Solides compétences écrites et verbales en français et en anglais pour créer de la correspondance, des documents et des rapports

    • Expérience requise

  • Doit être disponible pour voyager
  • Expérience dans la reconnaissance et la satisfaction des besoins des clients
  • Connaissance et compréhension du processus de vente et de financement
  • Expérience préalable dans le secteur de l’équipement lourd considérée comme un atout

    • Brandt is currently seeking a Retail Finance Manager for our Brossard Construction & Forestry location.

    This position is responsible for promoting all aspects of the business of Brandt Finance in support of wholegoods sales for Brandt Tractor Ltd., and is expected to market services provided by Brandt Finance within a designated territory set by the company.

    Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist sales staff by obtaining financing to support wholegoods sales
  • Build relationships with customers, sales staff, and outside financial institutions
  • Marketing of value added products to our customers (ex : insurances)
  • Generating interested referral income
  • Submit weekly activity reports
  • Travel throughout the designated territory to meet with customers
  • Prospecting potential financing needs for our customers, including non-Brandt Tractor product financing needs
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Required Skills

  • The candidates must be bilingual in both English and French
  • Team player with attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to multi-task are essential
  • Adaptable and organized in a fast-paced office
  • Punctual with good customer service and prioritization skills
  • Strong written and verbal English and French skills for creating correspondence, documents and reports

    • Required Experience

  • Must be available for travel
  • Experience recognizing and satisfying customer needs
  • Knowledge and understanding of the selling and financing process is required
  • Previous experience in the heavy equipment industry is considered an asset
