Retail Finance Manager

Brandt is currently seeking a Retail Finance Manager for our Brossard Construction & Forestry location.This position is responsible for promoting all aspects of the business of Brandt Finance in support of wholegoods sales for Brandt Tractor Ltd., and is expected to market services provided by Brandt Finance within a designated territory set by the company. Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist sales staff by obtaining financing to support wholegoods salesBuild relationships with customers, sales staff, and outside financial institutionsMarketing of value added products to our customers (ex : insurances)Generating interested referral incomeSubmit weekly activity reportsTravel throughout the designated territory to meet with customersProspecting potential financing needs for our customers, including non-Brandt Tractor product financing needsOther duties as assignedRequired SkillsThe candidates must be bilingual in both English and FrenchTeam player with attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to multi-task are essentialAdaptable and organized in a fast-paced officePunctual with good customer service and prioritization skillsStrong written and verbal English and French skills for creating correspondence, documents and reportsRequired ExperienceMust be available for travelExperience recognizing and satisfying customer needsKnowledge and understanding of the selling and financing process is requiredPrevious experience in the heavy equipment industry is considered an asset
