Killam Apartment REIT (TSX : ), is a growth-oriented real estate investment trust which owns, manages and develops multi-family residential properties in Atlantic Canada, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia. Killam is focused on maximizing its value and long-term profitability through increasing earnings, expanding the portfolio through acquisitions and developing high-quality properties in its core markets.

We are looking for an energetic and customer service-oriented Camping Activity Attendant to join our team on a part-time basis for the season at Camping Oceanic Seasonal Resort.

Responsibilities :

Engage with guests at the park and encourage participation in events;
Take a hands-on approach in assisting children and adults with events and projects;
Follow the activity schedule and help with other events when possible;
Organize volunteers for events;
Ensure activity inventory is maintained and in acceptable working order;
Work closely with supervisors to post current events on Facebook and campground digital signage;
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Excellent customer service skills;

Must have good interpersonal skills to work with customers of all ages;

Ability to work well in a team and individually;

Strong problem-solving, organization and time management skills;

Experience in a similar position is considered an asset;

Ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) in French and English required.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Préposé aux activités de camping pour se joindre à notre équipe à temps partiel pour la saison au Camping Oceanic Seasonal Resort.

Les responsabilités :

S’engager avec les invités du parc et encourager la participation aux événements ;

Prendre une approche pratique pour aider les enfants et les adultes dans leurs événements et leurs projets ;

Suivez le calendrier des activités et aidez avec d’autres événements lorsque c’est possible ;

Organiser les bénévoles pour des événements ;

S’assurer que l’inventaire des activités est tenu et en bon état de fonctionnement ;

Travailler en collaboration avec les superviseurs pour afficher les actualités sur Facebook et l’affichage numérique des terrains de camping ;

Autres tâches assignées.

Qualifications requises :

Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle ;

Doit avoir de bonnes compétences interpersonnelles pour travailler avec des clients de tous âges ;

Capacité de bien travailler en équipe et individuellement ;

Bonne compétence en résolution de problèmes, en organisation et en gestion du temps ;

L’expérience dans un poste similaire est considérée comme un atout ;

Capacité de communiquer (oralement et par écrit) en français et en anglais requise.
