Senior Consultant, Communications & Engagement
At CCGoodwin Consulting, we are part management consultancy, part agency. We work strategically with our clients, digging deep into their objectives, pain points and opportunities to design solutions that help them win. We also deliver projects in strategic planning, sustainability, governance, organizational development and change management. With our distributed and flexible model, we work remotely, but collaborate virtually and in-person on a day-to-day basis.
Named by Atlantic Business Magazine as one of Atlantic Canada’s Best Places to Work three years in a row, we intentionally keep our operations lean to prioritize investment in our people, nurturing culture, growth and professional development. “Do Good & Be Great” is our purpose, and it’s what drives us to continuously improve and contribute to the communities we love. We are a values-driven team, with a focus on building community over competition, empowering people to be great leaders both within and outside the organization, and leading our work with empathy and inclusion.
Since founding the firm in 2019, we have continuously grown the business and client base within Canada. To support our growth, we are on the hunt for a Senior Consultant, Communications & Engagement.
