Location : Surrey, BC (On-site / Hybrid)

Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to :

Collaborate with team to provide extraordinary client service and aim to achieve maximum policy retention on all new and renewal business
Ensure that all client services documents are prepared and in a timely fashion
Review policy documents and / or quotes and identify coverage gaps and cross sell other lines of business when needed
Market and negotiate both new and renewal business by developing and fostering excellent relationship with Insurers to ensure negotiation of best terms for clients
Assist with developing innovative marketing solutions for tough placement risks
Be current on new products, coverage, and market trends by attending seminars and reading relevant written material

Requirements :

5+ years of experience in Commercial Lines roles

Prior construction account experience is an asset

Must have Level 2 General Insurance License

Team player with strong communication and management skills
