    THE COMPANY :

    With a mix of different properties across Vancouver, Victoria, Nanaimo and the Lower Mainland, this Property Management company are constantly growing and acquiring more properties into their portfolio.     THE POSITION :

    This is a Rental Property Manager role where you will be managing a portfolio of around 8-10 residential rental buildings. Your main job duties will include but not limited to :

    • Overseeing the day-to-day management of a specific portfolio of properties.
    • Communicating with key stakeholders regarding financial performance, all property operations, and staffing and tenant relationships.
    • Building strong relationships with clients.
    • Managing revenue and expenses, preparing budgets and monthly management reports, and analyzing financial statements.
    • Overseeing accounts receivables and recommending eviction proceedings.
    • Supervise the processing of new residential applications and lease renewals.
    • Recommending and overseeing building improvements and preventative maintenance programs.
    • REQUIREMENTS :

    • Obtained a valid Rental License
    • 1+ years experience as a Rental / Residential Property Manager
    • Team oriented and a huge team player
    • COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS :

    • 70,000 – $80,000 + / - based on portfolio and experience
    • Extended health and dental benefits (100% employer covered)
