THE COMPANY :
With a mix of different properties across Vancouver, Victoria, Nanaimo and the Lower Mainland, this Property Management company are constantly growing and acquiring more properties into their portfolio.

THE POSITION :
This is a Rental Property Manager role where you will be managing a portfolio of around 8-10 residential rental buildings.
Your main job duties will include but not limited to :
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of a specific portfolio of properties.
- Communicating with key stakeholders regarding financial performance, all property operations, and staffing and tenant relationships.
- Building strong relationships with clients.
- Managing revenue and expenses, preparing budgets and monthly management reports, and analyzing financial statements.
- Overseeing accounts receivables and recommending eviction proceedings.
- Supervise the processing of new residential applications and lease renewals.
- Recommending and overseeing building improvements and preventative maintenance programs.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Obtained a valid Rental License
- 1+ years experience as a Rental / Residential Property Manager
- Team oriented and a huge team player
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS :
- $70,000 $80,000 + / - based on portfolio and experience
- Extended health and dental benefits (100% employer covered)
- 3 weeks vacation
- 6 wellness days
- Cell phone allowance
- Mileage allowance
