Description
- Develop and execute banquet menus that complement the estate’s wine offerings and align with a farm-to-table philosophy.
- Oversee all food preparation, cooking, and presentation for events, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Manage and lead the banquet kitchen team, providing training and direction to maintain efficiency and professionalism.
- Work closely with the Events and Front-of-House teams to coordinate seamless service for weddings, corporate functions, and private dining experiences.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Adapt menus and event offerings based on seasonal availability and dietary preferences.
