We're seeking a Software Architect to drive developer engineering excellence and enhance our cybersecurity posture.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Software Architect to join our team and take on two critical responsibilities :
- Establish and maintain consistent software development standards, developer practices, and technical standards and building out a senior level developer guild across multiple product lines.
- Partner with our enterprise and cloud security groups to help define and communicate cybersecurity policies, guidelines, and best practices aligned with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) framework for our SaaS engineering organization.
This role is pivotal in evolving our engineering maturity and ensuring our SaaS platform meets the highest standards of security and efficiency.

About You
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of hands-on technical experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on cybersecurity.
Deep understanding of the CMMC framework or similar cybersecurity standards and their implementation in SaaS environments.
Extensive experience in designing and implementing secure software architectures for cloud-based platforms.
Proven track record of establishing and maintaining software development standards and best practices.
Experience in leading and nurturing developer communities or guilds.
Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices, particularly in AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure environments.
Familiarity with microservices architecture, CI / CD practices, and DevSecOps principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
