As an Account Executive / Inside Sales Representative, you will be carrying on this standard and tradition of excellence.

We’re looking for a dynamic Account Executive / Inside Sales Representative to join our client’s team. Key Responsibilities :
Client Management :
- Be the go-to expert for clients, guiding them through every step of the sales process.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while establishing new connections to fuel the organization’s growth.
- Provide accurate, on-time quotes and stock confirmations to ensure client satisfaction.
- Oversee the creation of sales orders.
- Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of product.
- Revitalize dormant or underperforming accounts with tailored strategies to reignite client interest.
- Leverage marketing tools to reach new clients and expand the brand name and footprint in the industry.
- Engage clients and prospects through targeted calls, emails, and exclusive promotions.
- Address client concerns with creative, solutions-focused approaches that ensure client’s needs are met and exceeded.
- Treat your designated territory like your own business, utilizing the resources and tools given to achieve territory growth and sales targets.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or customer service, particularly within the industrial sector.
- Post-secondary education is a plus, but a strong work ethic and passion for client care are necessary.
- Superior communication skills (both written and verbal) to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Bilingualism in French and English is essential.
- Experience with CRM software is considered an asset.
- A true sales enthusiast with a natural drive to learn, grow, succeed and building relationships.
- A relentless desire for personal development and self-improvement.
