Cyber security project manager
9 months contract (hybrid, Montreal)
Part of Information Security team, the Cyber Security PMO is in charge of ensuring the implementation of Cyber Security transformation initiatives. These initiatives will include strategic & organizational transformation, regulatory remediation, process efficiency contributing to strengthening the bank’s Cyber Security’s posture.
You will act as the lead project manager or as part of the PMO and will be involved in ad-hoc key committees’ preparation. This role has a regional focus with strong interactions with our global counterparts.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Plan, contribute, coordinate, and execute specific cybersecurity project(s) as a Project Manager
- Track progress, issues, risks / challenges for the project(s)
- Liaise with Local, Global and Group counterparts to help ensure consistency across geographies
- Support project delivery (e.g. creating presentations and content, driving stakeholder meetings)
- Ensure Project governance and lifecycles are respected
- Contribute to project portfolio committee meetings, Steercos, executive and Board presentations whenever required
- Oversee project documentation governance assessment
PROJECT OFFICE
Manage a portfolio of cyber projectsEnsure the Portfolio monitoring within our internal tools and reporting frameworksEnsure quality of data, including timesheet data, project and resource information, by performing regular QAEnsure Project governance and lifecycles are respectedLead project portfolio committee meetings Contribute to Steercos, executive and Board presentations whenever requiredOversee project documentation governance assessmentSKILLS AND BEHAVIOURS Required

Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM)CyberArk strong knowledge including PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, AAM, EPV, PTACyberArk administration, configuration, implementation designs and troubleshootingComprehensive technical understanding of a broad range of security concepts and countermeasures including workstation and server security, OS security, perimeter security, cryptography, and network securityStrong understanding of Operating system security (Windows, Linux, Unix)Strong understanding of Remote Access Protocols, related implementation & best practicesGood knowledge of regulatory requirements (Eg : NIST, NY DFS, etc.)TRAINING AND OCCUPATIONAL EXPERIENCE
Bachelor of Computer Science degree from an accredited college or universityMinimum 8 years professional work experienceExperience in IT project management as project manager and as PMOExperience in an Information Security or IT Governance roleESSENTIAL SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Bilingual : English and FrenchProficiency in using Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).Solid culture in Information SecurityOrganizational and work documentation proficiencyRigorous, self-disciplined, paying attention to detailCISSP, CISA or CISM certifications are a plus
