Description de posteDates : April 1st - October 31st, 2025 Full time hours Thursday-Sunday 10am-6pm / 11am-7pm Lead a sales team of Field Marketing Representatives in 4-6 locations. Educate customers on the features and benefits of our partner Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within the Gas station and booth. Achieve and exceed personal sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Drive sales, advocacy and brand awareness for our client’s product. Build and maintain positive working relationships with gas station personnel. Set high standards through exemplary behavior and values, fostering professionalism, integrity, dedication, and strong work ethic. Train, coach, mentor, and foster team growth by identifying training needs, utilizing motivational trackers, and conducting coaching sessions to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship management. Attend weekly Zoom calls with management team to discuss successes and provide insights into new initiatives. Fully paid training and ongoing coaching. Competitive base plus commission. Work for one of the most recognized marketing agencies in Canada. Work on behalf of one of the most trusted iconic brands in Canada. Career growth opportunities for advancement and professional development. Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience. Leadership experience, preferably in sales, with proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
