On behalf of our Higher Education Client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a Business Analyst (Payroll & Timekeeping ERP) to join our Client's team on a 5-month contract basis, with the possibility of renewal. This role is Hybrid (3 days onsite per week, 5 days onsite during training), and the Client is based in Burnaby, BC.
Summary of the Role :
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in payroll and timekeeping ERP systems. The successful candidate will support the implementation of a timekeeping system, focusing on payroll code processes, deduction codes, and data integration. This role involves documentation, testing, configuration, troubleshooting, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth implementation.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Document business requirements, workflows, and system configurations.
- Support ERP system implementation for payroll and timekeeping modules.
- Participate in system setup, configuration discussions, and process optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related system issues.
- Use SQL to extract and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and process integrity.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and UAT.
- Collaborate with payroll, HR, and IT teams to ensure seamless data flow.
- Provide technical guidance to non-technical stakeholders.
