As the successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to lead a team and plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of civil projects.A Day in the LifeManage a variety of projects such as environmental, infrastructure upgrades and subdivision developments, including design and construction of water, sewer, drainage, and transportation infrastructureProvide technical guidance to a team of EITs and designers to deliver preliminary to detailed design drawings and specificationsCarry out estimates of project costs, analysis and calculations, design review, preparation of reports, proposals, and contract documentationBuild business relationships with current and potential clientsInterface directly with clients, team members, contractors, and others to clearly define project requirements and expectationsEnsure completion of work within allotted schedules and budgets to high quality standardsCreate a work plan that includes a schedule, milestones, control, and risk factorsProactively resolve performance, scope, and schedule issues as they ariseManage projects in alignment with the organization’s PMO project management best practices.Utilize the organization’s ERP system for resource planning and cost management.What You’ll Bring to the TeamBachelor’s degree in Civil EngineeringMust be registered (or eligible to register) as a Professional Engineer (P.
