Our client, an established employer in Canada, is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to lead change initiatives for large-scale transformation projects, including ERP implementations.
The ideal candidate will develop and execute change management strategies that drive adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure business readiness.
This is a 1 year contract - hybrid 3-4 days a week in Vancouver.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement change management strategies and frameworks for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
Assess organizational impacts of ERP implementations and other major system changes.
Conduct stakeholder analysis, engagement, and communications planning to ensure smooth transitions.
Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions.
Develop and manage change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and risk mitigation plans.
Collaborate with business leaders, HR, and IT teams to drive successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
Monitor and measure change effectiveness through KPIs and feedback loops, making necessary adjustments.
Support leadership in change advocacy and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Qualifications :
8+ years of experience in organizational change management for large-scale projects.
Proven expertise in ERP or systems implementations (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) and other enterprise transformations.
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organization.
Experience working on large, end to end projects
Experience leading training, coaching, and developing change champions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment with cross-functional teams.
