We are looking for a Leasing Agent to join our team on a contractual basis! This role is perfect for someone who is independent, a great communicator, and a strong seller. As a Leasing Agent, you will play a key role in driving the leasing process and ensuring that our properties are leased quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct property showings and tours for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits of the property.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential tenants, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitive properties to effectively sell the value of our properties to prospective tenants.
- Maintain and update leasing records and files in a timely manner.
