  • New 1-month contract as a data entry clerk - on-site position only - Ville Saint-Laurent
  • Title : Data Entry Clerk

    Location : Ville Saint Laurent

    Salary : $19.5 per hour

    Duration : 1 month contract

    Schedule : Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

    Our partner, a leader in the manufacturing industry for over 10 years, is looking for its next data entry clerk for their head office located in Ville Saint Laurent.

    • Responsibilities

      The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for entering coded data, financial statistical information and other information into computerized databases :

    • Track incoming documents (electronic and physical).
    • Prioritize the printing, scanning and sorting of all relevant documents, including organizing their electronic storage.
    • Carry out the necessary research to classify these documents.
    • Identify duplicates and revised documents.
    • Distribute documents for processing.
    • For electronic files, basic data manipulation for ingestion (data collection and import).
    • Qualifications

    • Rigor, concern for excellence and attention to detail
    • Be able to handle high volume data entry
    • Experience in data entry
