Analyze business requirements, incidents, service requests, and change requests related to IBM FileNet applications.

Develop, configure, and support IBM FileNet repositories, workflows, document classes, metadata, and security configurations.

Configure and maintain IBM Content Navigator components, including desktops, repositories, searches, viewers, teamspaces, and plug-ins.

Develop Java/J2EE components, APIs, utilities, integrations, and batch processes for ECM applications.

Perform Unix/Linux support activities including log analysis, shell scripting, file permission management, and deployment validation.

Troubleshoot document management, repository access, workflow, search, integration, and application-related issues.

Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, deployment validation, and post-production activities.

Collaborate with technical leads, business users, infrastructure, middleware, database, and vendor support teams.

Prepare technical documentation including configuration guides, SOPs, deployment documents, release notes, and knowledge articles.

Follow secure coding practices, development standards, ITIL processes, and change management procedures.

Utilize Service Management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC Remedy for incident and change tracking.

Support production issues, defect resolution, application enhancements, and continuous service improvements.

4 6 years of hands-on experience in IBM FileNet development and support.

Strong knowledge of IBM FileNet P8, Content Platform Engine, object stores, workflows, metadata, document classes, and security.

Experience with IBM Content Navigator administration, repositories, desktops, searches, viewers, and plug-in support.

Good programming experience in Java/J2EE, Servlets, JSP, REST/SOAP Web Services, XML, and JSON.

Working knowledge of Unix/Linux, shell scripting, log analysis, deployment support, and troubleshooting.

Experience supporting L2/L3 production issues, root cause analysis, and application enhancements.

Familiarity with WebSphere, JBoss, or WebLogic application servers.

Basic SQL knowledge and database troubleshooting experience.

Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar version control and CI/CD tools.

Good understanding of Service Management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC Remedy.

Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
