Job Summary

HR isn’t just about policies and payroll (though we’ve got those covered, too). As our HR Generalist, you’ll be doing full-stack HR — tackling the day-to-day essentials while diving deep into talent management and organizational development to help our people grow alongside the company.

Key Responsibilities

Shape the future of talent management : Build competency frameworks, design role leveling systems, and create growth pathways that give employees clarity and direction.

Reimagine performance and growth : Develop processes that make performance reviews something people actually look forward to (seriously).

Level up our learning & development game : Help design programs, workshops, and resources that unlock potential at every level.

Support compensation strategy : Partner with the team to ensure our comp practices are fair, transparent, and aligned with our growth goals.

Bring fresh ideas to the table : HR is always evolving, and we’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to experiment, iterate, and innovate.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in HR or People Operations.

A versatile HR professional with a knack for talent management and development.

Someone who believes HR is a product — and knows how to deliver a stellar “customer” experience.

An innovator who can balance strategy with execution and thrives in a fast-paced, scrappy environment.

A collaborator who loves working with a team but can also run with a project solo.

Bonus points if you’ve built or implemented frameworks for growth, competencies, or performance before.
