Adecco is currently hiring a Warehouse Administrative Clerk for a full-time temporary opportunity in Bolton, ON. This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented individual with strong computer and data entry skills who enjoys supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
In this position, you will provide administrative support across departments, manage documentation for inbound and outbound loads, and help ensure accurate and efficient day-to-day warehouse operations.

• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to all departments as required.
  
• Complete load documentation from start to finish for outbound products.
  
• Receive and process paperwork for all inbound loads.
  
• Ensure inbound and outbound documentation is accurate, complete, and properly organized.
  
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate information within applicable systems.
  
• Organize and maintain paperwork and documentation related to warehouse operations.
  
• Communicate effectively with warehouse team members and other departments.
  
• Support the smooth and efficient flow of daily warehouse activities.
  
• Perform additional administrative and warehouse support duties as required.
  

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  
• Previous data entry experience is required.
  
• Proficient computer skills.
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
  
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment as a picker/packer, warehouse worker, general labourer, or similar position is considered an asset.
  
• Must be available to attend an onsite interview with the client.
