Key Responsibilities Assist clients by providing clear information about available benefit programs and insurance products.
Respond to customer inquiries and explain coverage details, policy features, and service options.
Conduct virtual consultations to better understand individual needs and identify suitable coverage solutions.
Review existing benefit arrangements and help clients explore options that align with their financial goals.
Establish and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and follow-up.
Stay informed about company products, services, and program updates through ongoing training.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure professional communication throughout the enrollment process.
Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust and build rapport.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail.

Comfortable using technology and communicating with clients in a remote environment.
