Requirements:

• We need 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or technical consulting.

Responsibilities:

• We translate customer and product needs into scalable, end-to-end technical architectures.
• We design solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments using modern tools and frameworks.
• We create proofs of concept, architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and proposal materials.
• We ensure our designs follow industry best practices for security, scalability, and performance.
• We partner closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to shape solution direction.
• We lead discovery workshops and technical deep-dive sessions with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• We communicate architectural choices clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• We support handoff to delivery teams and remain engaged during critical implementation phases.
• We stay current on emerging technologies and assess how they can strengthen our stack.
• We contribute to internal knowledge sharing, design standards, and architecture best practices.
• We mentor engineers and help raise the overall level of technical thinking across the team.
