Overview :
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Installation Manager to oversee the daily installed sales operations of our store. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth coordination across Sales, Warehouse, Delivery, and Installation teams, and in maintaining exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be a proactive project manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, serving as the key point of contact for both customers and installers.
Salary will be based on previous experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer & Installer Relations :
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and on-site issues.
- Liaise with installers, manage installation schedules, and address claims on-site as needed.
