Pay : From $24.00 per hour

Job description :

Our client is a globally integrated processor and distributor of industrial materials. As they continue to expand their Waterdown operations, we are looking for a skilled and safety-focused Forklift Operator / Labourers to support warehouse workflow, material handling, and processing activities.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of forklift work, equipment operation, and hands-on labour duties in a stable, long-term environment.

Shifts :

Day Shift : Monday to Friday 6 : 00am to 2 : 30pm

Afternoon Shift : Monday to Friday 2 : 30pm to 10 : 00pm

Night Shift : Sunday to Thursday 10 : 00pm to 6 : 00am

Duties / Responsibilities :

Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and front-end loaders for material movement
Run legacy dryer and slag milling equipment (training provided)
Pick orders using a warehouse management system to ensure accuracy
Load and unload trucks while ensuring safe and proper material handling
Complete routine equipment inspections and safety checks
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safe traffic flow within the facility
Work closely with a supportive team to keep operations running smoothly

Skills / Experience :

Valid 3rd party forklift license and proven forklift operating experience

Experience with scissor lifts and front-end loaders (or willingness to learn)

Understanding of warehouse operations, distribution, or material handling

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Strong communication skills and a safety-first mindset

Reliable, organized, and team-oriented attitude
