Maintain organized documentation and files that are audit-ready.
Lead and assist in developing the annual budget alongside department managers and project teams.
Contribute to the financial planning aspect of the organization’s annual strategic plan.

Safeguard the accuracy and reliability of financial information across ERP and accounting systems.
Work with the finance team to enhance reporting templates and automation solutions.
Support integration efforts with CRM systems and other relevant platforms.
Assist with additional team initiatives and interdisciplinary needs as required. This position is flexible, and occasionally the individual may take on tasks beyond their primary responsibilities.
What you must have:
Bachelor's degree and a recognized accounting designation (CPA, ACA, ACCA, etc.)
Background in public practice combined with 2+ years in an industry role overseeing full cycle accounting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
