Role Description
Arcadis is seeking a Document Controller to join our team in Vancouver, BC. This is an on‑site role reporting to our project office; on occasion, working after hours may be required.
As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for accurately managing documentation and contributing to outstanding client outcomes. You will work on innovative, high‑profile projects that combine local focus with global impact, collaborating with diverse teams dedicated to delivering sustainable and transformative solutions.
Role Accountabilities
- Transmit documents in Aconex, manage transmittals, istic input Arcadis’ document control processes for Civil Engineering projects, and ensure accurate management of project documentation throughout all phases.
- Maintain meticulous records and comprehensive document logs for project details, meeting minutes, technical specifications, and drawings.
- Scan, image, index, and organize project documents, classifying, sorting, and categorizing them according to the project’s document control system.
- typische. control finding : issues, keep documents publicly accessible and securely stored; control the issuance of documents, ensuring the appropriate approvals are obtained before distribution.
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy, performing quality checks in accordance with established document control processes.
- Handle file migration activities, assist with internal and external audits, and provide regular status reports on documentation to track progress.
- Maintain logs for Requests aandelen Information (RFIs) and manage the distribution of RFI responses to stakeholders.

Salary
The salary range for this position is $66,000 – $99,000. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
