Description de poste

Want to be on the leading edge?

  • Are you passionate about IT and helping humans get the most from their technology?
  • Do you want to work in a highly collaborative company where you’re learning like crazy with a team to back you up?
  • Do you want to have fun working in a fast-paced setting, and know that you’re making a difference?

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Priority #1: Help humans get their jobs done with technology;
  • Act as the central point of coordination between clients and technical teams;
  • Receive, triage, and prioritize incoming service requests based on urgency, impact, and SLAs;
  • Perform basic technical work on service requests, including password resets, user account updates, software installs, basic troubleshooting, and standard change requests;
  • Resolve straightforward issues independently and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate technician;
  • Dispatch tickets to the right technicians based on skill set, availability, and priority;
    Schedule onsite and remote work efficiently while optimizing technician utilization;
    Communicate clearly with clients regarding issue status, next steps, and expectations;
  • Support technicians by gathering required information, coordinating access, and ensuring prerequisites are in place;
  • Monitor ticket queues to ensure progress, follow-up, and timely resolution;
    Document all activity in a clear, accurate, and consistent manner.

Specifications

Bulletproof IT is growing and looking for team members to support clients at a tier one level. No previous experience is necessary but is considered an asset.

Excellent communication, organization, and people skills are as important to us as technical ability. Education and certifications are an advantage, though the right experience and attitude may substitute.

  • IT service desk or technical dispatch environments
  • Ticketing and workflow management systems
  • Basic troubleshooting of Windows desktops and common business applications
  • Microsoft 365 user and device administration
  • Remote support tools
  • Customer service in a technical or professional services environment

This position may be exactly what you’re looking for, if:

  • You enjoy balancing hands-on technical work with effective coordination and thoughtful prioritization.
  • You’re motivated by delivering exceptional client experiences and taking pride in work that truly makes a difference.
  • You value collaboration, clear standards, and well-defined best practices that support both clients and team members.
  • You want to be part of a supportive, well-structured organization where teamwork and continuous improvement are central to how work gets done.
  • You’re excited to join a company that invests in innovation and is committed to getting better every day.
