Your Role
I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a food manufacturing company based in Sainte-Thérèse, for a Director of Operations - Permanent Position - 40h / week
Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for overseeing all plant operations, including production, maintenance, logistics, and continuous improvement.
Your main responsibilities :
- Operations Management : Optimize production, supply chain, and overall plant organization.
Leadership & Team Management : Lead and develop a team of managers and supervisors to ensure operational efficiency.
Your Professional Skills
Your Background
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000 based on experience
