The Digital Workplace team is looking for a Manager to manage the operations for digital workplace solutions. The Digital Workplace team operates in support of the overall firm needs providing Digital Workplace solutions that prioritize productivity, collaboration, knowledge management, change management, user experience. These solutions seek to enable KPMG employees with productive technology and knowledge solutions driving value for KPMG and our clients.
What you will do
- Manage the operational aspects of the firm's digital workplace solutions and oversee a team responsible for optimizing operational, governance, and support activities - ensuring the team functions smoothly, consistently and delivers the highest degree of service quality
- Strengthen and maintain governance processes to support business solutions delivery, ensuring high quality, repeatability, product ownership, and support.
- Collaborate with the rest of Digital Workplace leaders, ITS, and ITS Global in influencing existing tool evolution, resolve more complex technical and process issues
- Play a leading role in technology enablement initiatives and knowledge transfer
- Provide insights and influence transformation based on observed user experience
- Manage the operational aspects of the intranet platform, collaborating with various leaders to evolve and align it with the firm's global and firm communications strategies, content governance, and support communications solutions related to functions and corporate communications.
What you bring to the role
This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders nationally in our English speaking provinces while at KPMG.
