The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and owning the critical engineering functions of Release Management, QA, and DevOps, with a focus on building a robust quality engineering framework. This hands-on leadership position requires a deep background in quality engineering, platform reliability, and a proven track record of driving a cultural shift towards automation-first practices. The VP will be instrumental in maintaining the quality standards and processes across the engineering organization, ensuring the delivery of reliable, compliant software to regulated financial institutions. Key responsibilities for the VP of System Engineering include engineering leadership, designing and implementing the quality framework, and leading the DevOps strategy.
