About the Role

We are seeking DevOps Specialists to support digital transformation initiatives for our public-sector client. You will join cross-functional teams working on modernizing services improving digital delivery and implementing scalable secure and efficient solutions.

This role combines hands-on DevOps expertise with strong collaboration agile leadership and operational excellence. You will help teams adopt best practices while enabling rapid reliable delivery of digital services.

Key Responsibilities Automation & Deployment

Develop and maintain scripts tools and automated processes for deployments and maintenance with limited downtime.

Implement CI / CD pipelines and deployment templates to support standardized delivery.

Production Operations

Manage configurations credentials and environments for production systems.

Oversee maintenance activities database upgrades migrations backups and recoveries.

Improve system observability using monitoring and telemetry tools.

Delivery Support

Provide operational support for integration testing security scanning performance testing and load testing.

Support early and frequent releases including Alpha and Beta launches.

Collaborate with product owners designers and developers to deliver solutions aligned with user needs.

Agile Team Collaboration

Facilitate sprint planning and agile practices to support efficient predictable delivery.

Promote transparency clear communication and resolution of delivery-related blockers.

Mentor teams on DevOps and agile best practices.

What Youll Bring Must-Have Experience

3 years in research analysis troubleshooting and problem-solving.

3 years documenting issues solutions and operational procedures.

3 years working with SSH clients remote access tools and security best practices (e.g. secrets management).

3 years working with cloud platforms (AWS GCP etc.).

4 years with command-line interfaces and scripting (PowerShell preferred).

Experience with DNS networking tools traceroute and load balancing.

Nice-to-Have

Experience as a DevOps Specialist supporting continuous delivery environments.

Working knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift and hybrid cloud deployments.

Familiarity with IaC tools such as Terraform.

Experience with enterprise CI / CD pipelines and Visual Studio.

Disaster recovery testing experience.
