Our Experience Design (XD) Team is part of Autodesk's Entertainment and Media Solutions (EMS) group. This group creates award-winning desktop and cloud software for the media & entertainment industries, used for 3D modeling, animation, rendering, VFX, film finishing, production management, and more.
You will report to the VP of Experience Design for Media & Entertainment. You will lead the Experience Design Standards team made up of design architects, design strategists, content designers, UX and Visual designers to set the standards for scalable User interfaces across the EMS product portfolio. The goal of our Experience Design Standards team is to drive design impact, collaborating closely with the XD teams to produce the design artifacts that will help us scale and deliver consistent, efficient, and productive user experiences.
You will be hands-on in the pursuit of creating artifacts, telling stories, and building relationships that accelerate outcomes by providing tools and systems that enable the design, product, and engineering organizations to grow.
In delivering day-to-day scalable assets to the design organization, you will also have a lead role in curating the larger experience vision for all of EMS, working in close concert with our XD leadership team, strategy team, technical architects, marketing, and product leaders.
You will be fully remote or hybrid with a preference for in person or hybrid to the Toronto or Montreal office locations. You will work with teammates around the globe and will travel up to 20% for face-to-face meetings like conferences, team offsites, and site visits.
