Brief description of the position :

As an expert consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative AI solutions aimed at optimizing the operational and financial performance of your assigned airline.

Workplace :

Based in North America (Canada)

Regular presence required at the airline's main site

Main responsibilities :

Analyze the specific needs of the airline and design AI architectures tailored to the challenges of air transportation

Oversee the development and implementation of optimization solutions

Measure the impact of initiatives on business KPIs

Collaborate with the existing AI teams of the company

Expertise in AI and data analysis :

Master of machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering) applied to aerial data

Experience in deep learning for time series forecasting (passenger demand, pricing)

Skills in natural language processing (NLP) for customer feedback analysis

Expertise in optimization techniques (linear programming, genetic algorithms) for revenue management

Experience with aerial KPIs :

Demonstrated improvement on at least 3 of the following metrics :

RASK / CASK

Load Factor

Yield

On-Time Performance

Technical aeronautical knowledge is a definite asset :

Experience with at least one Revenue Management system (PROS, Amadeus, Sabre)

Understanding of airline reservation systems (PSS)

Knowledge of operational planning modules

Development and deployment :

Master of Python and AI / ML frameworks

Ability to deploy models in a production environment

Experience in integrating with existing systems

Skills in large-scale data architecture

Experience and training :

5+ years of experience in data science / AI

Successful optimization projects in a mandatory transport context

Higher education in computer science, data science, or an equivalent field

Professional English is essential

French is considered an asset

Excellent communication skills at all levels

Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
