As Curriculum Project Manager, you will be an integral member of the MD Program team leading the planning, implementing and flawless execution of a variety of complex projects related to student placements, electives, selectives, experiential learning, and community based service learnings. You will play an essential role engaging and communicating with key internal and external partners,managing multiple, time-sensitive priorities and providing recommendations for change and more efficient coordination of operations. Your extensive project management experience along with your ability to exercise solid critical thinking, analytical, collaborative and problem solving skills will be key to your success in this role.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Developing overall project design, including developing charter, scope, resources and schedule for project(s)
- Planning and implementing project phases as well as communications plans to keep stakeholders informed
- Producing and analyzing complex statistical information and designing surveys and / or other research tools for program evaluation
- Building and strengthening relationships with stakeholders and partners of strategic importance
- Reviewing and assessing requirements needed to meet project timelines
- Analyzing processes and recommending changes formore efficient coordination of operations
- Gathering information to inform budget planning processes
- Directing the activities of a group of staff-appointed employees
