THE OPPORTUNITY
The People & Culture Business Partner will report to the Team Lead, People and Culture, Americas , while working with our Partners in the studios to help manage HR cycles, programs and activities. In addition, as a leader operating from our Toronto Studio, the P&C Business Partner will be working closely with their P&C counterparts across other studios. The incumbent will have the opportunity to take on the nurturing of our productive, collaborative idea-based design studio culture.
