Recruitment PartnersAlberta, CAOur client is searching for a Strategic HR Business Partner to join their team locally in Lloydminster. Reporting to the Senior Manager Strategic HR Partnerships, your main responsibility will be to provide strategic HR support to Senior Leaders, Front line leaders and employees who reside in the Lloydminster area. The successful individual must be located in the Lloydminster area, or be willing to relocate.
Your success will be defined by your ability to :
- Collaborate with the Vice-President to diagnose challenges, identify solutions, and implement integrated action plans to enhance organizational capacity and capability.
- Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to align function programs with the People Plan and People Principles, ensuring efficient and effective implementation.
- Lead initiatives in leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and provide expertise in talent development, retention, organization design, and team effectiveness.
- Lead the review and change management of modified work agreements and averaging hours agreements, collaborating with HR COEs and the business.
- Develop and implement an employee relations strategy with the Canadian Labour Relations Specialist, ensuring HR policies follow legislation and are effectively communicated.
- Evaluate grievances, facilitate early resolution solutions, ensure compliance with collective and association agreements, and provide training on grievance processes.
