We're seeking Contact Centre Representatives to join our client in Acheson.What We Offer :

  • Salary : 21 CAD Per Hour
  • Job Type / Shift :  Temporary / Permanent
  • Benefits :  Health Benefit available at a reduced cost

What You'll Do :

  • Manage a high volume of outbound and inbound calls daily, aiming to meet or exceed the target of 80-120 calls per day.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate and satisfactory answers to their questions and concerns.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support to resolve issues effectively.
  • Review customer accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties, and other account-related items.
  • Collaborate with other call centre professionals to improve customer service processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, average call handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Comfortable with technology and digital platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Strong listening skills and phone etiquette.
