What You'll Do :
Sales & Business Development
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming rental inquiries, providing prompt and helpful responses to address customer needs
- Actively engage with both potential and existing customers to promote our rental solutions, highlighting their benefits and value
- Prepare, coordinate, and deliver detailed and accurate proposals and quotes to meet customer expectations
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless project execution, from initial planning stages to final invoicing
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other partners to secure resources and ensure project success
- Proactively share valuable insights on rental opportunities, upcoming projects, and market trends to support team growth
- Attend site visits and industry events to expand your network, build connections, and identify new opportunities for business
- Manage rental opportunities with a focus on exceeding revenue targets, improving gross margins, and maximizing utilization
- Maintain organized customer and prospect lists while ensuring CRM data is accurate and up to date
- Conduct strategic cold calls to identify and engage new business opportunities, expanding the customer base
- Provide consistent follow-up on outstanding quotes to increase the chances of closing deals
