Compensation : 140k+ base salary, commission & bonus
Position Overview :
We’re seeking a strategic, people-centric Sales Director for an industry-leading manufacturer of Energy Management Solutions to lead a high-performing, growth-focused team. This leadership role is central to our next phase of expansion and will be responsible for guiding five direct Team Leaders and indirectly supporting a team of 30 Sales Managers across North America.
The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is energized by coaching others toward success.

Key Responsibilities :
Team Leadership
Manage and develop a team of 5 Team Leaders, while indirectly overseeing a broader sales force of 30 Sales Managers.Provide hands-on coaching, performance feedback, and career development to ensure team success and engagement.Sales Strategy & Execution
Define and implement strategic plans to achieve and surpass revenue targets.Ensure effective pipeline management, sales forecasting, and consistent process execution across teams.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align strategies and share market insights.Represent the Sales function in cross-departmental leadership meetings and company planning.Sales Operations & Optimization
Lead improvements in CRM usage (Salesforce), reporting tools, and sales enablement processes.Drive initiatives to increase efficiency, scalability, and data-driven performance.Talent & Culture Development
Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and team growth.Foster a collaborative, customer-first, and results-driven sales culture.What You Bring :
A proven ability to lead large and diverse sales teamsExpertise with CRM systems and sales enablement tools (Salesforce preferred)Strong leadership, mentoring, and strategic planning skillsA data-informed approach to problem-solving, paired with empathy and emotional intelligenceThe ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across departmentsQualifications :
6–8 years of experience managing sales teams, with a track record of delivering resultsDeep familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and data analyticsDemonstrated success in scaling teams and driving sales growthExperience in fast-paced or tech-driven environments is a strong asset
