The mission of the Creative Producer at Cozey

As Creative Producer at Cozey you will be the driving force behind seamless, high-quality productions that bring our brand vision to life. You will oversee the planning, production, and post-production of content photoshoots and special projects, ensuring every detail aligns with creative objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Your expertise in coordinating photographers, models, stylists, and locations—along with securing samples and managing logistics like catering, invoices, travel, and budgets— while ensuring internal alignment, will be critical to executing best-in-class creative content.

What you"ll be doin g

• Plan, produce, and manage all aspects of content photoshoots and creative projects from pre-production through post-production.
• Source and book photographers, models, stylists, and other key creative partners.
• Secure locations, props, and product samples to support each production .
• Oversee on-set logistics, ensuring smooth execution and troubleshooting as needed.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and invoices to ensure on-time and cost-effective deliver y.
• Coordinate post-production workflows, ensuring final assets meet creative and brand standards .
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Manager, the Director of Global Brand & Creative, as well as the Art Director, to maintain alignment on brand vision and project goals.
• We"d love to hear from you if you have
• 2+ years of experience in creative production, creative services, or studio operations .
• Background in a fast-paced, innovative brand, lifestyle marketing, or a high-quality creative agency.
• Strong network of photographers, stylists, models, and other production resources .
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and budget management skills .
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for photography trends, storytelling, and brand-building.
• A valid driver"s license and access to a vehicle
