Our well-established client in the manufacturing industry is looking to hire a progressive Accountant who is pursuing their CPA and looking for a supportive environment with opportunity for growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience who is serious about growing their Accounting career and excited to join a company that will support them in their journey to become a CPA. This is an especially exciting opportunity for this with experience or a strong interest in finance and operational / cost accounting.

Responsibilities :
Assist with month end responsibilities
Analyze costs associated with production and overhead
Maintain precise financial records, including cost-related data, invoices, and expense reports.
Assist in evaluating production, inventory, and overhead expenses alongside the senior cost accountant.
Compile and generate weekly and monthly reports
Record and update cost accounting workflows and procedures to align with regulatory and accounting standards.
Support inventory tracking and management to ensure accurate cost assessments.
Other ad hoc tasks as required Requirements :
Pursuing CPA
1-2 years of accounting experience, ideally from a manufacturing environment
Strong desire to learn and grow
Strong team player
