Senior Accounting Associate

Our client, a medium sized accounting firm, is looking to add a Senior Accounting Associate to their team. In this role, the Senior Accounting Associate will prepare financial statements and NTRs on behalf of clients, recommend accounting treatment for complex issues for clients, prepare and file HST returns and respond to CRA tax inquires.

This role is hybrid and is in office or at clients 2 days a week.

Qualifications

• CPA or pursuing CPA designation or equivalent work experience
• Experience at a public accounting firm, minimum 2 years experience
• Experience preparing NTRs and compliations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
