Vous êtes passionné(e) par le service à la clientèle et l’industrie automobile?
Nous recherchons un(e) Conseiller(ère) Service Client bilingue pour offrir une expérience d’achat exceptionnelle à nos clients, de la première prise de contact jusqu’à la livraison de leur véhicule.

Vos principales responsabilités :

• Effectuer des appels sortants pour le suivi des essais routiers, des demandes en ligne et des leads générés.
• Être le point de contact principal pour les clients durant tout le processus d’achat.
• Offrir une expérience personnalisée et haut de gamme à chaque interaction.
• Gérer efficacement le volume d’appels tout en maintenant un excellent niveau de service.
• Collaborer avec les différentes équipes pour assurer un parcours client fluide et professionnel.

Votre profil :

• Expérience en centre de contact, ventes internes ou service client haut de gamme.
• Excellentes habiletés de communication en français et en anglais (bilingue requis).
• Approche centrée sur le client, sens de l’écoute et souci du détail.
• Passion pour le secteur automobile et les technologies innovantes.
• Dynamisme, attitude positive et orientation vers les résultats.
